Top athletes consider exercises for mind, body and spirit as essential to everyday practice and performance. While singers call themselves vocal athletes, they have tended to fall back on old traditions rather explore the very successful universal concepts now used by iathletic performers. The same exciting possibilities are available to singers and teachers. In this workshop we will explore the many possibilities available to us to enhance singing, teaching and performing.
The event will be Sunday, July 31st, 2016, 1-4 p.m., at St. Andrew's by the Sea Episcopal Church, 1050 Thomas Avenue, San Diego CA 92109.
