Penn State SNATS has invited NATS member Joan Frey Boytim to come to Penn State to give a lecture on Friday, April 10. She is a nationally recognized teacher of young voices who has also compiled an important series of vocal collections for the young singer which is published by G. Schirmer. She will discuss, "Vocal Development and Repertoire for Young Students." Highlights of the lecture will include repertoire choices for the young student, the development and publishing of the vocal repertoire series, and various aspects associated with the operation of a private voice studio.
