 part of the 2023 Winter Workshop, Miami, January 6-8, 2023. This initia
 tive is aimed at providing more NATS members with development opportunit
 ies. Participants can gain valuable feedback and re-energize their teach
 ing. Workshop participants have the opportunity for a session with one o
