 chers of Singing awards one $500 gift annually to a candidate who is a m
 ember for the purpose of study at a seminar or workshop on voice pedagog
 y and/or voice science. Candidates must submit a request for funds to th
 e NATS executive director no later than February 15 of the year in whic
 h the seminar will take place. A committee from NATS will select the win
 ning candidates. NATS will pay the award directly to the workshop involv
 ed, with any monies in excess of workshop fees designated as travel and 
 living expenses to be paid directly to the candidate.\n\nApplication dea
