St. Olaf College Campus Housing

June 26 - 29, 2019

Campus Housing will be in a Residence Hall; either a double or single room (you choose to register for). Due to St. Olaf College policies and restrictions, only attendees 18 and older can reserve the campus housing rooms.

  • Every room is air-conditioned.
  • Each residence hall has a formal lounge, piano, recreation room, computer room, laundry facilities, a kitchen, and vending machines.
  • Each room has a sink; there are common restrooms off the hall (toilets and showers)
  • All buildings are ADA accessible and have an elevator.
  • Rates include one pack of linens (pillow, sheets, lightweight blanket, bath and hand towels) for your entire stay as indicated. If attendee needs additional linens, please bring them with you. Towels are industrial so if you prefer soft ones bring them from home.
  • Each resident will be given a key to their room and an access card to enter the building (which is locked 24/7). Lost keys will be charged a fee of $100 to replace.
  • Parking is free if you use the Skoglund/Tostrud Athletic Center parking lots which are not far from the residence hall you will be staying in.

Double Occupancy Room - $49/person per night*: shared between the two occupants of the room; beautiful common areas, modern and full kitchen in the building. Adult attendees; 18 and older only OR Parent attending with under age 18 child.  Room rate per night includes one pack of linens (pillow, sheets, and lightweight blanket, bath and hand towels) to be used during your entire stay.

Attendees reserving a Double Occupancy Room are responsible for making their own arrangements for a roommate to stay together and both need to reserve accordingly.

Single Occupancy Room - $59/person per night*: single room; beautiful common areas, modern and full kitchen in the building. Adult attendees; 18 and older only.  Room rate per night includes one pack of linens (pillow, sheets, and lightweight blanket, bath and hand towels) to be used during your entire stay. 

*If Attendee requires ADA room accommodations, please email us at info@nats.org after you reserve your room to confirm this request. Please indicate if you need ADA accommodations for hearing or mobility accommodation or both. We will make sure you are assigned the appropriate room for your stay at St. Olaf College Residence Housing.

NATS Refund and Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Conference Events: Cancellation requests for registration will be honored through May 1, 2019. The NATS Executive Office must be notified of your intention to cancel in writing at the following address: 9957 Moorings Drive, Suite 401, Jacksonville, FL  32257, or by email (info@nats.org).  Notice may also be sent by fax to 904-262-2587. Refunds cannot be applied to subsequent workshops, conferences or membership dues and will be issued after the event has concluded. Cancellations are not accepted by phone; they must be in writing.

All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $50.00 USD. No refunds will be made after the deadline of May 1, 2019. Because NATS arranges all the meeting logistics based on the number of registrants at the time of the online registration cut-off date and commits to pay for those services, we are unable to grant any refunds after the cancellation deadline.
