Bio: Lisa Tinney Soprano Vocalease Studio Lisa Tinney, soprano,B. Mus. U. of A., M.A. UVic in Performance and History. Her areas of specialization are Spanish Art song, 20th Century, and Baroque repertoire. Lisa has performed locally as a soloist, and has sung in operetta, dinner theatre, and musical theatre reviews. Lisa toured Western Canada for two years with the Roy Orbison tribute band, The Lonely. She is a founding member of Melissima, an a capella women’s trio performing music from madrigals to musical theatre, and a long term member of the Norton Singers. Lisa is a member of National Association of Teachers of Singing, teaching voice in the Victoria area for over thirty years, focusing on healthy vocal technique across musical styles.
