Bio: Mark Lee is a voice faculty member at New England Conservatory’s School of Continuing Education and Preparatory School, and served as Chair of Voice in Continuing Ed for over a decade. His teaching integrates discoveries from emerging voice science with traditional vocal techniques of the Bel Canto traditions, and he works with singers of all musical styles in identifying and preventing vocal dysfunction, and promoting vocal health and longevity. Students of Mr. Lee have been featured in various Professional, Collegiate and Community productions, including local venues such as the Wellesley Symphony Orchestra, North Shore Music Theater (Beverly, MA) and international venues such as the “GLEE” television series and the prestigious Takarazua Revue of Japan. His students have been accepted for admission to numerous prominent Music Schools. M.M. (New England Conservatory), B.M.E (Central Missouri State University), Additional studies at the Conservatoire National de Nice, France; Oberlin Conservatory; with practitioners involved in Estill voice research; and ongoing collaboration with Boston medical professionals in the care and training of the professional voice.
