Bio: Dan Colgan is currently serving as the music ministry director at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Olympia, WA. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, and a Master of Music degree from Concordia, Wisconsin. He studied organ with Diane Belcher, Matthew Lewis, Ken Cowan, and Douglas Cleveland, and Studied voice with Scott McCoy. He is the founder and artistic director of the Capital City Chorus in Olympia, WA. He also serves as the co-dean of the Olympia chapter of the American Guild of Organists, and maintains a private studio of voice and organ students. He hopes that as a music educator and church musician, he can continue to spread his love and appreciation of music to others.
