Bio: Kate Scally Howell is a Tucson voice and piano instructor, and a music director for the Arizona Rose Theatre. She works as the music teacher at the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind. She received her undergraduate training from the Eastman School of Music and her graduate degree from Penn State University in Voice Performance and Pedagogy.
