Bio: Martha Blakely, NCTM, holds a Bachelor of Music Performance Degree from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music with a Major in Piano and a Minor in Voice. She has done graduate studies at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Her vocal studies have been with Jeanine Philippe at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and with Beverly Benso and Martha Ellison in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Blakely has been an active performer on three continents as a singer, pianist, vocal accompanist, and chamber music pianist. She specializes in teaching young singers and pianists.
