Bio: - PhD in Music and Voice from UCLA 2006 - Authored:Significance of the Soubrette The Significance of the Soubrette; Historical and Music Performance Analysis from Commedia's Colombina to Early 21st Century Comic Opera Sopranos - Masters in Music from CSUN - BA in French Literature, Economics minor from UCLA Practical experience includes: teaching voice privately for 25 years, singing with Los Angeles Opera for 12 years as chorister and soloist. I created the Beginning Voice Class at UCLA as Teaching Assistant at UCLA, taught voice for the National Children’s Chorus in Los Angeles as well as singing with smaller opera companies throughout California: Orange County Opera, Guild Opera of Los Angeles, Pocket Opera of San Francisco, Repertory Opera Company, Townsend Opera in Modesto, Lyric Opera of Los Angeles.
