He received the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Voice Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory, the Master of Arts degree in Voice from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland and the Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
