The National Student Auditions (NSA) is a program of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
Role of Teacher & Audition Chair for Questions
The NSA National Team welcomes general questions and feedback about the National Student Auditions. For questions about a specific upcoming audition, singers and families should first consult their voice teacher. Teachers should direct questions about local or regional auditions to the appropriate Auditions Chair.
Local and regional Auditions Chairs are the best resource for questions about audition-specific regulations, procedures, eligibility, and requirements. The NSA National Team can provide guidance on general NATS audition policies and welcomes feedback, but is not intended to replace local audition teams when questions relate to a specific upcoming audition.
Role of NSA National Team for Questions
NATS Student Auditions are powered by the expertise and dedication of many NATS member volunteers. The program is led by the NATS Vice President of Auditions, an elected member of the NATS Board of Directors, working in partnership with a network of volunteer coordinators, committee members, and advisory panels, with support from NATS staff.
Together, these leaders listed below represent the NSA National Team and they help shape audition policies, repertoire and category requirements, adjudication practices, and the continued growth of NSA at the chapter, region, and national levels.
