NSA Audition Refund Policy

All audition refunds, including refunds of ancillary items (pianists, food, etc.) are subject to a $25 administrative fee per invoice. If the original fee, per invoice, paid is $25 or less, no refund will be issued.

Registration Error

If a registration was completed incorrectly, a refund may be requested by email (info@nats.org) with documentation of the error. If a new registration is required, it must be completed by the applicable deadline; registrants should not wait for the refund to be processed before registering again.

Transfers

We are unable to accommodate transfers of registrations to other students or teachers.

Cancellation or Inability to Attend

Refund requests must be submitted before the audition registration deadline. Requests received before the deadline will be honored, less the $25 administrative fee, but refund processing may occur after the registration deadline or audition. Registrants should allow adequate time for processing; we are unable to expedite refund requests. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests submitted after the registration deadline. NATS and its Regions and Chapters make logistical and financial commitments based on registration numbers and cannot refund fees after those commitments have been made.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered by the Chapter or Region hosting the audition, at its discretion and after the event. NATS National will not review or process exception requests.
