Broadway performers and real-life husband-and-wife duo Caroline Bowman and Austin Colby combine their talents for an unforgettable celebration of the Great American Songbook, featuring beloved Broadway and pop standards. Caroline Bowman is widely recognized for her acclaimed performances as Elphaba in Wicked and Eva Perón in Evita, with additional credits including national tours of Frozen, Kinky Boots, Spamalot, and Fame. Austin Colby made his Broadway debut in The Great Gatsby and has appeared on national tours of Frozen and The Sound of Music. Their undeniable chemistry, star power, and artistry promise a memorable concert and must-see highlight of the 59th NATS National Conference.


About Caroline Bowman

Caroline Bowman is a Broadway actress known for her powerful vocals and captivating stage presence, particularly in roles like Elsa in Frozen the musical, Eva Perón in Evita and Elphaba in Wicked. In January 2025, she made her debut as Norma Desmond in the new Sunset BLVD Broadway revival to a sold-out NYC crowd at the St. James Theatre. She then went on to originate the role of Karen Cartwright in Broadway’s SMASH. For five years, she played Elsa in Disney’s Frozen North American tour, playing more than 1,000 performances to rave reviews.  

She also was a part of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning original Broadway opening and closing cast of Kinky Boots. She has performed all around the world in productions of Spamalot (Lady of the Lake), Grease (Rizzo) and Fame (Carmen), to name a few. Bowman has been nominated for the prestigious Helen Hayes Awards in Washington, D.C., for her role as Eva Perón in Evita and the narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  

Her voice can be heard on multiple original cast albums including SMASH, Kinky Boots, Bubble Boy, “I Can’t Lose You” Frozen single, and more! She holds a bachelor’s degree in musical theatre from Penn State University and was one of 10 individuals to receive the 2014 Penn State Alumni Achievement Award. She is originally from Howard County, Maryland. 


About Austin Colby

Austin Colby is an American actor originally from Richmond, Virginia. He was most recently seen starring as Tom Buchanan in The Great Gatsby on Broadway, in which he made his Broadway debut in the original cast in 2024.  

Before making his way to Broadway, Colby appeared Off-Broadway as Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys and toured nationally as Hans in Disney’s Frozen and Rolf in The Sound of Music. His regional credits include starring roles in the world premiere of the musical Come Fall in Love at The Old Globe in San Diego, West Side Story at Signature Theatre in Washington, D.C., and Smokey Joe’s Café at Arena Stage. 

He also can be seen on screen in the new A24/Peacock Series “Crystal Lake,” Ryan Murphy’s “The Beauty,” as well as opposite Alicia Silverstone in the film “Pretty Thing” and Hallmark’s “Sisterhood, Inc.”  

A graduate of James Madison University with a background in music education, Colby’s path to the stage grew out of a love for singing and storytelling. His favorite role, though, is playing husband to Broadway star Caroline Bowman.
