Bio: Soprano, Natalie Cummings graduated with honors from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois with a Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance and a minor in Political Science. During college, she spent a semester studying both music and government in Vienna, Austria. After finishing her Bachelor's degree, Ms. Cummings returned to her home state to complete her Master's of Music in Opera Performance at the University of Texas at Austin. A Houston District winner in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions for two consecutive years, she advanced to the 2014 Semi-Final Round and was honored to perform on the Metropolitan Opera Stage. She can be seen performing around Central Texas and currently resides in Austin with her husband, baritone Austin Bradley who also performs and teaches in schools around the area and from their home. Her students have successfully gained admission to top music programs and universities nation-wide, the TMEA All-State choir and Region choirs and have won honors from GAHSMTA, SMART Opera, Sarofim vocal competition, Classical Singer, and UIL Solo and Ensemble. They can be seen performing with the Butler Opera Center Young Artist Program, GAHSMTA, Conspirare, TexARTS, Zachary Scott Pre-Professional company, and Antiphon youth choir.
