Bio: Andrew Manea is a baritone located in the Triangle area of North Carolina. He has performed on stages such as The Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Teatro Real in Madrid, and the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. He has competed in and won in many competitions across the US and Europe. He recently finished his time as an Adler Fellow at the San Francisco Opera in December of 2018 and has moved with his wife to Chapel Hill. He is available for voice lessons and looking for students of all ages, experience, and genres. Andrew is still performing in houses like the San Francisco Opera, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Palm Beach Opera, and Arizona Opera. While in his undergraduate and masters studies, he taught students ranging from 5-82 years old. He has a Bachelors of Music in Voice from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Masters of Music in Voice from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music. He is looking for students that would flexible enough to have lessons in person as well as via skype/facetime. Please contact for a trial lesson!
