Title: Choir Director at Lewis County High School
Bio: Seth Stemple is an active performer and teacher in the North Central West Virginia region. He is the choral director of Lewis County High School and the voice teacher of Stemple’s Studio. Seth serves as the state high school R&R Chair for ACDA and sits on the board for Buckhannon Community Theatre. This past year, he was music director for the Sound of Music for Lewis County High School, and Mary Poppins with BCT. His operatic roles include: Lorenzo in Bolcom’s Lucrezia, Don Basilio and Don Curzio in Don Giovanni, Aaron in Speed Dating Tonight, and Reverend Samuel Parris in Chris Ward’s The Crucible. Seth received his Bachelor’s in music education and performance from Glenville State College and his Master’s in Vocal Performance from Georgia Southern University. Seth is transitioning from tenor to counter tenor and is looking forward to performing a new realm of repertoire and roles.
