Join Dr. Kristine Hurst-Wajszczuk for strategies to manage stress during the time of COVID. Both sheltering in place and a sense of uncertainty about the future have increased stress levels for both teachers and students. This chat will give you tools you can use to navigate the many difficulties we face, such as insomnia, irritability, and inability to concentrate. Kristine is a certified Koru meditation teacher and teaches wellness courses for the Department of Music and the Honors College at the University of Alabama at Birmingham
