San Francisco Bay Chapter - Online Workshop: Neurodiversity in the Voice Studio with Jagmeet Kaur Sangha, M.A., BCBA

September 16, 2023

Jagmeet Kaur Sangha will discuss evidence-based strategies from the science of behavior analysis that promote neuro-affirming learning. Participants will be guided to explore their individual values, identify their strengths, and build self-advocacy skills for themselves as well as their students.

These practices support the social acceptance of brain-based differences and foster inclusive environments that help all individuals flourish within their own talents. In this online workshop:

Participants will be able to define the impacts of neurodiversity within the teaching studio and how it affects different learning types.

Participants will engage in a values discovery journey, using evidence-based methods, leading to strength-based goal setting.

Participants will develop methods to embed executive functioning systems that promote goal setting and independence.

This workshop is open to all. For more information, and to register, please visit https://sfbacnats.com/workshops.

A Zoom link to access the recording of the workshop will be sent to registered participants only—be sure to use the appropriate email address at registration to receive the link.
