Bio: Luanne Crosby received a DMA in Vocal Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and Case Western Reserve University. She has studied with renowned teachers, Carol Webber, Marlena Malas, Irene Gubrud and Beverly Rinaldi. Dr. Crosby, now newly retired, was Professor of Music at Alfred University where she taught voice, conducts the choirs and teaches other music courses as needed. She is an active national and international recitalist and soloist having performed in Rome, Budapest and Varna, Bulgaria. The focus of the studio is on healthy, natural vocal production. Crosby's college students have continued to perform both as soloists and in major choral organizations. Her private High School students have been accepted into reputable music schools and summer music programs Including Interlochen and the New York State Summer Music Program.
