Bio: I offer training in both classical and musical theatre technique. I am certified by the National Association of Teachers of Singing and by Shenandoah University's CCM Vocal Pedagogy Institute. I served on the Virginia NATS Board of Directors for thirteen years and am a member of the Northern Virginia Music Teachers' Association. My teaching philosophy is to provide a "musical visa" to my students, enabling them to explore diverse musical genres and languages. My students have won competitions, scholarships, and leading roles. Many of my former students are pursuing music and theatre degrees at prestigious institutions, and graduates have gone on to careers as soloists, actors, and teachers.
