Bio: I live in the Twin Cities, where I am Artistic Director for Ladyslipper Ensemble. Also, I maintain a private studio in St. Paul. Most recently, I was on the voice faculty at McNally Smith College of Music. I have been on the faculty at New England Conservatory's Division of Preparatory and Continuing Education, Wellesley College, Phillips Exeter Academy, Salve Regina University and College of St. Bemedict/St. John's University. Also, I was a chamber music coach with the Composer's Conference at Wellesley College. My students have been accepted into the undergraduate and graduate programs at New England Conservatory, Boston University, New York University, Cleveland Institute of Music, Northwestern University and Carnegie Mellon University. They have also participated in the Boston University Tangelwood Institute and went on to the summer opera apprentice programs and festivals in Santa Fe, Portland and Salzbug. In addition, my students have been in Master classes with Jose van Dam, Warren Jones and Mary Dibbern. Most recent performances were with Out of the Box Opera, Mill City Summer Opera, Bold North Baroque Opera and coming up, with Arbeit Opera Theatre, as Bianca in The Rape of Lucretia. I earned my Master of Music degree from the New England Conservatory, with additional studies in Munich, Germany and Versailles, France. In 2017, I was a recipient of an Artist Initiative Grant to make a recording of vocal chamber music titled "The World's Highway", which was released on the Centaur Label in March of 2019. Currently, I am in my final semester of training to become a certified Alexander Technique teacher and am currently available for lessons and presentations.
