Sharon Tikiryan is a versatile singer and teacher based in Toronto. She has performed throughout Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, singing everything from opera to musical theatre to the hits of the British Invasion. Sharon has performed with Opera by Request, the Halifax Summer Opera Festival, the Colours of Music Festival, the Ottawa Valley Music Festival, and has appeared as a soloist with the Mississauga Choral Society, Toronto Beach Chorale, and Kingston Symphony Orchestra.
Sharon received her Bachelor of Music from Queen's University, and her Master of Music (Voice Performance & Pedagogy) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is a passionate music educator with over a decade of experience, committed to helping her students achieve their goals, whether they are working towards examinations, auditions, or simply improving their abilities. Her students have been finalists in the Ontario Provincial Music Festival, and have gone on to pursue post-secondary voice studies.
