Title: Voice Teacher

Bio: Alexandra Plattos Sulack (she/her) is an award-winning performer, singer, teacher, and coach based in Chicago. She makes a habit of collaborating across genres and disciplines to create new works with music, puppetry, movement, and circus, and she has been known to bring additional layers of fun and excitement to each performance. In addition to performing, Alexandra runs a private voice and artist development studio working with students across the United States. She co-created "Gender-Affirming Speech and Singing", an eight-week, online course for voice teachers and SLPs, as well as "Functional Pedagogy Through a Gender-Affirming Lens", a self-paced online course for voice teachers. Ms. Plattos Sulack holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from North Park University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has completed all three levels of Somatic Voicework™, two levels of Estill Voice Training®, Soul Ingredients®: Pedagogy of Soul, and is a Vocal Health First Aider through Vocal Health Education, Ltd.
