Bio: I am recently retired from a career singing in the Chorus of the Metropolitan Opera Company for twenty-five years. During my Met career, I also sang solo concerts, directed and produced concerts (New York Historical Society museum, Lincoln Center Library concert series) and taught private voice. I sang comprimario solo roles at the Met. Prior to being engaged by the Met, I sang roles with regional opera companies. I served as general manager of the Suburban Symphony in Westfield, NJ, and taught private voice instruction. I studied music at North Texas State University (now UNT) and Stephen F. Austin University. My primary voice teachers
were Virginia Botkin, NTSU, and David Jones, New York.
I currently teach private individual voice lessons in Robinson Middle School, Plano, TX.
