Bio: Zipporah Peddle is an accomplished singer and voice teacher who specializes in helping aspiring professionals find stylistic versatility and strong technique. She has a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and spent six years as lead vocalist in Cirque du Soleil's top selling production show, O. Zipporah is passionate about vocal pedagogy for the modern working professional, and her ongoing research into this field includes successfully completing the National Center for Voice and Speech Summer Vocology Institute and the University of Utah, Boston Conservatory's Vocal Pedagogy Professional Workshop, Shenandoah University's Contemporary Commercial Music Institute, and Level I of the Lovetri Institute for Somatic Voicework at Baldwin Wallace. For three years, she was an Artist-in-Residence at Missouri State University where she created eight courses centered on Contemporary Commercial Styles for BFA Musical Theatre students. Zipporah also worked as a Project Vocalist Supervisor for Princess Cruises, who presented four productions in partnership with Broadway legend Stephen Schwartz. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre Voice at Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Zipporah has been invited to speak and present research at workshops and conferences for NATS, PAVA, and the Southern California chapter of the Voice Foundation, as well as for the National Opera Association and various schools and training programs. She has been a yogi for more than 20 years and believes in using the mind-body connection to help singers feel grounded, focused, and free in performance.
