Bio: Sarah Hoeppner, soprano, completed her Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2010. Throughout her singing career she’s had the opportunity to perform with companies such as Knoxville Opera, Tampa Bay Opera, The Blue Hill Troupe, Chelsea Opera, The Musica Bella Orchestra of New York, and the Opera Company of Brooklyn. Since returning home to the Louisville, KY area in 2013, she’s had the privilege of performing with KY Opera, The Louisville Gilbert and Sullivan Society, Iroquois Amphitheater and as a soloist with the Louisville Chorus. Sarah is a regular cantor at Our Lady of Lourdes in Louisville, KY. She is the founder and Artistic Director of Nevertheless Arts Ensemble, which performs and promotes art and music created by female artists with the goal of expanding the musical and artistic canon with the female voice. She has been teaching privately for 10 years.
