Title: Classical Soprano and Voice Teacher

Bio: Gabrielle Pitchford, soprano, received her Master’s of Music in Vocal Performance from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College. Most recently, Pitchford participated in the 2023 Metropolitan Opera’s Laffont Competition as a District Qualifier in the Florida District round. This past summer, Pitchford debuted as Suor Angelica with the International Opera Festival of Morelia under the baton of Maestro Jorge Parodi. She has also performed roles including, Musetta in La Bohéme, Pamina and Erste Dame in Die Zauberflöte, and Suor Genovieffe in Suor Angelica. In addition to her private voice studio of high schoolers and young adults, Pitchford also enjoys teaching at the collegiate level in her studio at Rollins College. Pitchford’s students have placed in NATS Chapter Auditions, continued studies at the graduate level, received leading roles in young artist summer programs, and perform regularly in their community.
