Bio:

Marvin Poon is an independent singer-songwriter and experienced vocal coach, he studied with Christine Samson who is a famous celebrity vocal coach, and was guided by Jeannie Gagné who is a world-renowned vocal professor from the United States. Marvin has more than 20 years of full-time teaching and performing experiences, he has his own vocal academy in Hong Kong, his students are of different ages.

Marvin obtained the Trinity College London Rock and Pop vocal grade 8 distinction certificate, the Berklee College of Music vocal style certificate online programme, the University of Hong Kong practical conducting techniques certificate, etc. He also has Higher Education certificate from Harvard University. Marvin has excellent results in many competitions, he was invited to perform on TVB music program, served as judge and guest performer in different singing competitions, was resident singer in Macau hotels and entertainment venues, Star Cruises and majority of shopping centres in Hong Kong. He also acted as a performing singer at weddings, banquets, conventions and exhibitions, music festivals, etc. He has profound experience in performance.
