Bio: Rebecca D Johnson has been a private voice instructor in the central Illinois area for over 15 years. She has 19 years of public school teaching experience including general music K-6th grades, Junior High Choirs, and K-4th grades Theater classes. She enjoys leading worship in a variety of church settings including classical cantering to contemporary worship. Rebecca also periodically performs locally in a variety of settings. Her studio has 3-4 performance opportunities through out the year! Rebecca specializes in basic voice health and diaphragmatic breathing practice. She teaches each student to meet their individual goals to thrive and have fun growing as a vocal artist! In addition to teaching voice Rebecca enjoys time with her son, playing chess, and going for walks.
