Bio: Hadley Strelau Martin grew up in the Rochester area and began studying voice in 2009. She received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Nazareth College in 2018 and established a private studio, teaching voice and piano, in 2020. Hadley recently completed Level I of Somatic Voicework: The LoVetri Method and is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). As a private lesson teacher, Hadley strives to instill confidence and joy through the arts in all of her students. In addition to teaching, Hadley enjoys performing in the Rochester area whenever she can. She has been seen onstage in the area in productions such as The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy Gale), White Christmas (Betty Haynes), Anything Goes (Hope Harcourt), and Newsies (Katherine Plumber). She has also performed as a backup vocalist for Josh Groban, and has appeared several times as a featured soloist with the Greater Rochester Women’s Philharmonic. When she’s not onstage or in the lesson studio, Hadley can be found exploring the great outdoors with her husband, Jonah, and their dog, Denali.
