Bio: Vocal Plus Studio: Dr.Joan B. Heels teaches the Bel Canto Method to singers of all ages from 7 to 70. Specializing in preparing pupils for RCM examinations and University and Theatre Auditions. Dr. Heels is an voice and choral adjudicator of Music Festivals, and a Member of the College of Examiners of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Canada and the U.S.A.
