Any singer who has ever experienced a cold blast of winter realizes how it makes your mouth, nose, and throat feel. As we move in to the cold winter months, here are a few tips about covering your nose/mouth, adding extra moisture to your environment, and over-the-counter products to keep mucus membranes moisturized so that you can sing in the healthiest way possible throughout the chill of winter (or if you are traveling/singing in a cold, dry environment).
