Job Description / Duties

Soprano or Mezzo-Soprano preferred. Primary responsibility is to teach studio voice; could include vocal pedagogy, vocal diction, vocal literature, vocal ensemble leadership, directing staged productions, and related undergraduate courses as determined by experience. The successful candidate is expected to remain an active performer in professional stage and church settings. Participation in administrative tasks relative to teaching is expected, including service on departmental and university committees, and recruiting for the Division of Music.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Doctorate preferred; Masters, with expressed desire to pursue additional graduate study accepted. Previous undergraduate teaching experience preferred; rank and salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, tenure-track position. Candidates must be evangelical Christians and affirm the mission of the University.

Salary: Salary commensurate with education and experience.
