Job Description / Duties

The University of Missouri School of Music seeks an Assistant Professor of Voice for the 2022-23 academic year. This is a full-time, tenure track position and will include creative activity, teaching, and service roles. Duties include teaching applied voice lessons, and potentially teaching vocal pedagogy and/or literature classes at the undergraduate and graduate level. The successful candidate will participate in voice area meetings and provide service to the School and the University, in keeping with expectations for assistant professors.

Minimum qualifications:
MM in Voice by time of appointment.

Candidates will be evaluated on:
highest degree, professional experience, and evidence of successful teaching at the university level.
