Interim Lecturer of Opera and Vocal Coaching
The University of Oklahoma School of Music is seeking an opera/vocal coach to fill a full-time Lecturer of Opera and Vocal Coaching position beginning Fall Semester 2023. This is a nine month appointment at the rank of Lecturer.

Job Description
Job duties include approximately 20 hours per week of coaching (10 hours of opera coaching and 10 hours of vocal coaching), and occasional pianistic duties, such as accompanying auditions.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Required and Desired Qualifications
Coaching experience in professional and collegiate environments, knowledge of languages and diction, knowledge of operatic and art song literature, and pianistic skills are required qualifications. A masters’ or doctorate degree is preferred.
