Job Description / Duties

Teaching private voice students singing techniques to build their instrument and cure vocal faults.
Preparing students for performances for musical theater, rock showcases, school, community and professional auditions, and building repertoire

Qualifications / Required Skills

Knowledge of vocal technique for both musical theater and rock vocal singing a plus. Candidates should also be comfortable with vocal techniques and vocal fault curing.

Knowledge of musical theater and classic rock repertoire.

The ability to recommend repertoire appropriate for school musical theater auditions through college and regional competitions.

The desire to work with incredible students from 7 through adult with their signing goals

The ability to accompany students with scales on piano

Knowledge of Estill a plus, but not required.

Additional Information

We work from a flexible but predefined curriculum. Please be prepared to and willing to train and learn our in-house curriculum

Teachers do not provide any scheduling assistance, policy enforcement, performance organization or other administrative tasks.

Salary: Pay starts at $24 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
