About NATSAA
The NATS Artist Awards (NATSAA) competition is designed to assist singers prepared to launch a professional career and, to that end, substantial monetary and performance prizes are offered. The NATSAA semifinal and final rounds are held biennially in conjunction with NATS Winter Workshop in New York City, in proximity to a wide audience of artist managers and industry professionals. Preliminary competitions were held in 14 NATS regions.

The 2024 NATSAA first prize winner is awarded more than $13,000 in cash and prizes, including: $5,000 cash; a scholarship to attend the American Institute of Musical Studies (AIMS) in Graz, Austria; a $1,000 gift certificate from Hal Leonard Corporation; and a solo recital at the 58th NATS National Conference in Knoxville, Tennessee (June 28 – July 2, 2024).

Second prize includes more than $6,000 in cash and prizes: $4,000 cash plus a scholarship to attend AIMS in Graz and a $500 gift certificate from Hal Leonard Corporation.

Additional cash prizes are awarded to both semifinalists and finalists, including a special award for the most promising vocal artist.
