Bio: Susanne Aultz holds a B.M. from Muskingum University in Ohio and the M.M. from The University of Illinois in Champaign. She has also studied voice at The Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria and with The American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria. Her primary voice teachers have been Helen Hodam, Catherine Dunning-Young and Josephine Lott. As a teacher of music, she held positions at Findlay University in Ohio - 1968 to 1971 and at Harbor College in Los Angeles - 1976 to 2006 where she taught voice, music appreciation, beginning theory, piano and was, for 10 years, director of the choral program. As a contract singer, Susanne has appeared at the Hollywood Bowl with Andrea Boccelli and the L.A. Phil's productions of "Carmen " and "Turandot". Her most recent tour was with The Munich Symphony's five western state presentatiom of "The Lord of the Rings".
