Call for Presentations: 2027 NATS Winter Workshop

January 7-9, 2027 in New Orleans, LA

Step into the electrifying heart of New Orleans for the Intersection of Jazz and Opera. Explore the immersive, high-energy experience where the pulse of jazz meets the power of opera! Enjoy live performances, dynamic cross-training masterclasses, and genre defying voice pedagogy sessions. Top industry professionals will ignite your passion as they reveal how jazz has shaped new classical works, Broadway hits, and popular music. 

Submission Requirements:

• All proposals must be submitted and presented by a current NATS member
• Presentation “working” title
• 250-word abstract outlining the topic, content, and format of the presentation
• List of five anticipated outcomes or benefits for workshop attendees
• Headshot
• 150-word biography

Submission Deadline: June 15th at 11:59pm EST. Selections will be announced at the NATS National Conference in San Antonio, TX!
