We were told that the high school division would be divided into Lower and Upper class categories just like they compete in state and regional competition for NATS. The college is divided in lower and upper categories and so should the high school level. Could you give reason for this please. We had no idea that 9th graders would be competing with 12th? That's not how it is in region competition.
