CANCELLATIONS: Written notice of cancellation of any reserved space must be received by NATS prior to April 1, 2016. The full amount paid to NATS will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after exhibit space is assigned are not eligible for refund. All refunds will be issued after the event has concluded.

Program Book

Program-Books.gifThe conference Program Book is distributed to all conference attendees and features comprehensive information about the who, what, when, where, how and why. It features a detailed schedule, presenter information, sessions descriptions, sponsor locations and details, maps of the hotel layout, award winners, competition details, and so much more! Having a presence in the program book is important for exhibitors or any advertiser wishing to reach the more than 1,000 attendees and students who will be attending the conference. Choose between a standard full page or a premium full page, which gets preferred placement near the front of the publication and schedule.

Artwork Specifications: Submit camera-ready files (TIF, JPG, PDF or EPS) at 100% of completed ad size in 300dpi CMYK. Full page ads that will print to the edge of the page should allow 1/8” bleed around all four sides. Artwork supplied without bleed will be sized to fill the 7-1/2”x10” ad space.

Deadlines: Reservation deadline is April 15, 2016; Artwork submission deadline is April 15, 2016.

Flyer Inclusion in Attendee Registration Packet

Distribute your flyer or brochure in attendee registration packets! Each registrant at the Chicago conference will receive a bag with registration materials, their program book and other important items to help them prepare for the week of learning and enrichment. Your materials can be placed front and center, too! Discounts are offered for advertisers and exhibitors.

Materials: The advertiser is responsible for design, printing and delivery of all advertisements. NATS will print materials in full color (standard copies, 4-color, no bleed, 1000 quantity) upon request for an additional fee of $175.

Deadlines: Reservation deadline is May 1, 2016; Materials must be received no later than May 15, 2016.

Sponsored E-Blasts

Want to reach out by e-mail to attendees in advance of their arrival in Chicago? Send an e-blast and encourage them to visit your exhibit booth, or attend your publishers showcase, or see your materials or advertising during the conference. For a flat rate of $175 NATS will send your message to all registered attendees beginning the week of June 1. 

Specifications: Advertisers are asked to provide text for the subject field, a single display graphic (GIF, PNG, JPG or PDF), body text and the URL that should be linked from the graphic.

Deadlines:
Reservation deadline is May 1, 2016; Materials must be received no later than June 1, 2016. All e-blasts will be sent in the three weeks prior to the conference.
